Conversion Launches Online Driver Orientation, Onboarding Programs
The Brentwood, Tennessee-based advertising agency said the online Conversion Orientation program can help carriers offer a better experience for new drivers while reducing travel expenses and shortening the hiring cycle.
“For most carriers, the first impression they provide a new driver is an inconsistent and un-engaging process where they’re asked to sit in a classroom for hours watching and participating in orientation,” said Kelley Walkup, CEO of Conversion Interactive Agency. “With Conversion E-Learning Academy, drivers can complete orientation from the carrier’s location, over-the-road or at their home.”
Carriers can purchase either a standard online driver orientation package or a customized version with their own company branding.
In addition, Conversion Onboarding lets drivers and owner-operators complete their pre-hire paperwork and file their benefits-enrollment information online.
