Daimler Truck Financial said Monday it will begin providing financial products and services for more than 175 U.S. Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America dealers and their customers.
Daimler — which provides financial services for Freightliner, Western Star, Sprinter and Thomas Built Bus dealers and customers — manages about $5 billion which includes more than 120,000 commercial vehicles and 70% of Freightliner and Western Star wholesale dealer inventory.
MFTA markets Class 3 through Class 5 cabover work trucks designed to deliver the lowest cost of ownership in their class.
The two said they will provide customers with third-quarter financing options of as low as 0.9% for qualified customers.
MFTA, Logan Township, N.J., is a subsidiary of Kawasaki, Japan-based Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corp., part of the Daimler Trucks Division of Daimler AG.
