Dart, Fleetline to Raise Rates

Dart Transit and its affiliate Fleetline Inc. plan to raise mileage rates to primary customers by 5% to 15% to offset rising costs and a growing shortage of truck drivers.

President Donald G. Oren said the higher rates will take effect by March 31.

“It is important to the overall health of the industry that freight rates reflect the true cost of doing business,” he said.
