Delavan To Step Down at Intrenet Inc.

John P. Delavan will step down as president of Intrenet Inc., Milford, Ohio, on or before Dec. 31, company officials announced.

Delavan said the change "is in my best interest and in the shareholders' best interests."

Intrenet's board of directors appointed a search committee to find a replacement.

The board also indicated it would redefine the role of the chief executive as the company "moves into a more aggressive phase as a consolidator in the trucking industry."
