Addison, Ill.-based Reliable Mobile Service has more than 20 years of experience servicing light-, medium- and heavy-duty vehicles in the Chicago market at its shop facility and with mobile units, Indianapolis-based Dickinson said.
“This acquisition will provide Dickinson Fleet Services with the opportunity to establish a stronger foothold in one of the better markets in the Midwest,” Dickinson CEO Ted Coltrain said in a statement. “The new shop facility, additional mobile units and the highly trained and professional technicians will allow us more capacity to serve the Chicago market.”
Dickinson offers mobile on-site maintenance and repair services for light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks and trailers with more than 300 mobile units operating in 40 states, according to the company. Dickinson also services fleet customers with 15 company-owned maintenance facilities.
