Dicom, DDC FPO Sign Service Deal
Dicom Transportation Group, a North American freight and logistics company, signed an agreement with DDC FPO to provide back-office services, such as billing.
The announcement by the unit of the DDC Group said the installation of its business process management software is slated for completion this month, using multilingual programs for parcel and freight bills at the Montreal-based carrier.
“They are the only true experts of transportation business processes available today,” said Scott Dobak, CEO of Dicom Transportation Group.
Dicom, which last month announced the acquisition of Orbis Logistics to add U.S. final-mile services, offers parcel, less-than-truckload, truckload and other freight services.
