Dossier Systems Adds Features, Zonar Integration in Updated Software
Dossier Systems has released a new version of its flagship fleet-maintenance software, which includes new mobile tools, cloud-based services and integration with telematics provider Zonar Systems.
Dossier version 6.4 is shipping now and also is available on its Dossier On-Demand hosted environment, the company announced April 8.
The latest software includes Dossier Cloud Services, or DCloud, which is designed to improve the flow of data from the company’s third-party partners to its fleet customers.
For example, DCloud enables a full integration with Zonar, allowing Dossier’s maintenance management software to work seamlessly with Zonar’s Electronic Vehicle Inspection Report system and telematics data.
The new version also includes a “work pending” feature that allows drivers, technicians and managers to place work requests, which can be approved automatically or require review and approval depending on the person’s role.
Work pending requests can be sent via Web browser or through Dossier’s Mobile Lite applications for iOS and Android, which the company said is ideal for drivers who don’t normally need a Dossier user license.
Dossier Systems, based in Burlington, New Jersey, changed its name from Arsenault Associates in October 2014.
