EBE Reports Record Quarterly Sales

EBE Technologies, a provider of business-process management applications for the transportation industry, said it achieved record quarterly sales in its fiscal first quarter ended Dec. 31.

The software company said its revenue in the first quarter of fiscal 2014 equaled 66% of its total revenue from all of fiscal 2013. It also was the 21st consecutive quarter of more than 20% growth, EBE said.

All divisions posted higher revenue, but the driver services division, launched six years ago, now accounts for almost half of EBE’s total sales, the company said in the Jan. 28 announcement. EBE did not disclose specific financial figures.

The company, based in East Moline, Ill., offers its SHIPS workflow software to streamline a variety of business processes, including document management, billing and settlement and driver management and recruiting.
