EBE Technologies, a developer of business management applications for the transportation industry, said its revenue increased in the 2013 fiscal year, the fifth consecutive year of revenue improvement.
All divisions including logistics and driver services recorded increased revenues and profitability for fiscal-year 2013, which ended Sept. 30, according to EBE. EBE did not disclose any specific financial data.
“EBE continues to reinvent itself, adapting to the rapid changes in technology and industry landscape,” EBE President Larry Kerr said in a statement. “As the demand for more Web-based and cloud solutions increased, so did our commitment to expand many of our core client/server solution offerings to this platform. “
The company developed new mobile applications in fiscal 2013 to capitalize on the growing use of smart phones and tablets in the trucking industry, EBE said. The firm also said it will release a system in the first quarter of 2014 that will allow drivers and carriers to upload images of documents and integrate them into EBE’s document management systems.
