Express-1 Expedited Solutions said Thursday its second-quarter earnings rose to $774,000, or 3 cents a share, from $754,000, or 2 cents, a year ago.
The ground expedited carrier’s revenue jumped 123%, to $30.9 million, from $13.8 million last year.
Income from operations rose to $1.4 million, from $1.3 million, the company said in a statement.
Express-1 Expedited Solutions is a non-asset based transportation company that operates through business segments Express-1 Inc., Concert Group Logistics, Express-1 Dedicated and Bounce Logistics.
