Fast Tolls Planned for Illinois Trucks
Before the end of the year, truckers should be able to zip through tollbooths on Illinois’ tollways with a smile and a wave, but not a stop.
Car drivers have used I-Pass transponders to pay tolls without stopping for more than six years.

The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority announced plans April 20 to expand its I-Pass electronic toll payment system to commercial vehicles.
