FedEx Expands International Economy Services
FedEx Express said Tuesday it is expanding its international economy services to more countries.
The FedEx Corp. unit is expanding its FedEx International Economy Freight service from the United States to more than 130 countries and territories, from about 80 previously.
Additionally, FedEx International Economy service is available from the US to more than 215 countries and territories, the company said.
Both FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Economy Freight are customs-cleared, time-definite delivery services that reach markets representing more than 95% of global gross domestic product, the company said.
FedEx Corp. is ranked No. 2 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
