Fleetilla, Polte Team on Asset-Tracking Tech

Fleetilla, an asset-tracking and fleet management company, announced a collaboration with Polte Corp., a location-technology company, and will integrate Polte’s technologies into its services, according to a news release.

Based in Ann Arbor, Mich., Fleetilla makes long-life, battery-powered asset-management technologies.

Fleetilla officials said with the addition of Polte’s location technology, which has indoor and outdoor tracking, it will be able to offer wider visibility across the supply chain.

Polte is headquartered in Dallas and specializes in cloud location-over-cellular offerings. Using 4G and 5G signals, Polte’s cloud-based platform powers Internet of Things devices with real-time location determination as they move between indoor and outdoor environments. — Transport Topics
