Former NLRB Member Blasts Labor Board Over Case Reversals

ST. PETERSBURG BEACH, Fla. — John N. Raudabaugh is more agitated than usual.

A former member of the National Labor Relations Board and now one of its most virulent critics, Raudabaugh blasted the board for recent decisions that he contends deprive management and employees of free choice.

“It’s remarkable in the number of case precedents reversed with no new facts,” Raudabaugh said in a speech to members of the North American Transportation Employee Relations Association Nov. 14.
