FourKites upgraded its platform into a unified customer interface aimed at better integrating end-to-end supply chain data, the supply chain visibility company said Aug. 22.

The unified customer interface is a single platform that combines visibility data from all modes, truck appointment scheduling and warehouse yard management. Its aim is to drive productivity by enabling organizations to more easily leverage supply chain data across their enterprises.

“Today represents a major step toward helping large enterprises leverage supply chain visibility across their business,” FourKites CEO Mathew Elenjickal said. “We have customers with hundreds and thousands of users, so as we continue to drive innovation in the industry, we remain focused on maximizing usability and value for our customers. Giving them the ability to see all of their data tightly integrated and automated in one platform, across all modes and geographies, is the best way to ensure ROI.”

FourKites detailed how the update allows for data to automatically sync between the various modes and operations across a company. This integration between real-time transportation visibility and facility-specific data then provides actionable insights that drive efficiencies and prevent disruptions across the end-to-end supply chain. — Transport Topics
