Gasoline Rises 6.7¢ to $3.325, Lundberg Survey Reports

Gasoline rose 6.7 cents in the past three weeks to $3.325 a gallon, according to the latest Lundberg survey of filling stations released Sunday.

Stations on Long Island, N.Y., had the highest price among areas surveyed, at $3.75 a gallon, while Salt Lake City had the lowest, at $2.76, analyst Trilby Lundberg reported in her twice-monthly survey released Sunday.

West Texas Intermediate crude oil rose almost $5 in the three weeks ended Friday, Bloomberg News reported.

Oil rose to near a four-month high of more than $94 a barrel in early trading Monday, Bloomberg reported.



The Department of Energy will release its weekly survey of diesel and gasoline pump prices Monday afternoon in Washington.
