Graves Tells Truck Stop Owners ATA Won't Seek Highway Plazas

Graves, in his first public speech since taking the helm of ATA last month, said ATA would join Natso, the national organization of truck stops and travel plazas, in opposing moves to allow commercial services on interstate highways.
States, seeking revenue to fund more parking, have sought to increase space for truck parking by pushing to lift the federal ban on commercialization along the interstates.
