ORLANDO, Fla. — Hyundai Translead introduced its new customer portal network HT360, along with other product enhancements that include the HT LinkVue and myHT customer portal.

The trailer manufacturer made the announcement during the Technology & Maintenance Council’s 2022 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition March 8.

The customer portal supports the customer process from purchasing and financing to fleet maintenance. As part of HT360, the myHT customer portal provides direct account management and actionable data. The HT LinkVue camera system provides a surround view of the trailer and is available as a stand-alone or as an integrated HT LinkSense sensor solution.

“We invest in customer-inspired innovation to meet their needs,” said Bong Jae Lee, CEO of Hyundai Translead. “Our new and evolved products always feature innovative design and engineering, but we are also committed to delivering innovation beyond the trailer. It’s why we develop products like the new HT LinkVue camera system and the myHT customer portal, providing easier ways for customers to manage their fleet.”

The HT360 portal includes features such as HT Trailer Finance, which gives customers access to equipment acquisition options; and HT Preferred Service Provider Network, which offers a certified service solution available nationwide.

“With HT360, Hyundai Translead makes every aspect of fleet management more efficient,” said Sean Kenney, chief sales officer of Hyundai Translead. “That means providing even more than just great trailers. We are surrounding customers with care and services beyond our products.”

“Expanding our efforts to include innovation beyond the trailer is part of pursuing solutions that help customers use our products more effectively,” Kenney said.

Hyundai Translead also showcased the enhanced Composite dry van with L-Core panels and the lighter and stronger ThermoTech refrigerated van trailers.
