Internet Truckstop Changes Name to Truckstop.com
Internet Truckstop, a provider of freight matching and financial services for trucking, is changing its name to Truckstop.com.
The company, based in New Plymouth, Idaho, started out as an online load board in 1995 and now provides a variety of services, including driver accounting, factoring and fueling through a chain of independent truck stops.
“The current brand is not reflective of our growth and of our technology focus,” said Brent Hutto, chief marketing officer for Truckstop.com.
Internet Truckstop Group will become an umbrella organization for Truckstop.com, uDrove, Real Time Freight, ITS Financial Services, D&S Factors and Roady’s Truck Stops.
