Mack Agrees to Sell Pennsylvania Headquarters

Mack Trucks Inc. said it agreed to sell its headquarters in Allentown, Pa., as part of its transfer to North Carolina.

Mack is selling the building that has served as its headquarters since 1970 to J.G. Petrucci Co., spokesman John Walsh said.

Mack has operated in Allentown since 1905 and moved its headquarters there in 1965.

Mack previously announced it would transfer its operations to Greensboro, N.C., as part of a consolidation by parent Volvo AB.
