Mitchell 1 Provides International Dealers With All-Makes Repair Software
Mitchell 1 announced that its TruckSeries truck repair information has been provided to select International truck dealers as the first step in an anticipated rollout of TruckSeries to all International dealers across North America.
International is the truck brand of Navistar Corp.
The software is integrated with Navistar’s EZ-Tech and International Service Portal solution. It delivers comprehensive information for every stage of the repair process, enabling International dealers to diagnose, estimate labor times and repair all makes of medium- and heavy-duty trucks brought in for service, Poway, Calif.-based Mitchell I said.
“By making TruckSeries all-makes diagnostic and repair programs easily accessible to International dealers, Navistar has provided them with a valuable set of tools to quickly get just about any truck back on the road,” Scott DeGiorgio, general manager of Mitchell 1’s commercial vehicle group, said in a statement.
