M&K Truck Centers Acquires Volvo Dealership in Pennsylvania
M&K Truck Centers announced the successful acquisition of Wilkes-Barre Truck Center as the first M&K dealership in Pennsylvania.
Wilkes-Barre Truck Center has been serving eastern Pennsylvania as a Volvo dealership for forty years.
The addition increases M&K’s footprint to 15 locations across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania. The new facility includes a parts warehouse and nine service bays. M&K is a dealer of the Volvo and Mack Trucks brands, which are units of Volvo Group.

“We are continuing our strategic vision for continued growth as we expand into Pennsylvania. We look forward to serving the Wilkes-Barre area with top-notch customer service and a wide range of available products and services. We have already added highly qualified service technicians to our team and will immediately increase our workforce even further by hiring additional dedicated people,” M&K President Ron Meyering said in a statement.
M&K is based in Byron Center, Mich.
