Musket Expands DEF Network With North Carolina Site
Musket Corp. announced it opened a diesel exhaust fluid wholesale bulk rack in Greensboro, N.C.
The Greensboro terminal will supply DEF to wholesale fuel customers and several existing and future Love’s Travel Stops in the region, according to the Houston-based company — which is the trading and logistics arm of Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores.
“Greensboro is an ideal location for our newest DEF facility because of its proximity to busy interstates and highways, and major cities like Raleigh, Durham and Charlotte,” Brian Hoover, manager of DEF for Musket, said in a release.
The facility is the company’s first DEF location in North Carolina and its 14th overall across 11 states.
DEF is a urea-based fluid used in aftertreatment systems to convert nitrogen oxide found in diesel emissions to nitrogen and water.
Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores is headquartered in Oklahoma City. Founded in 1964, Love’s has more than 460 locations in 41 states.
