The acquisition expands Nationwide’s presence in the Memphis and Mississppi Delta regions, Nationwide Chairman Charles E. Coffey said.

Nationwide serves customers in the Mid-South, Upper Midwest and Mid-Atlantic states. It has recently extended its freight-hauling service into Texas and Louisiana and expanded its base of operations in Southern California.
