New Commanders Put in Charge of Leading OTA

Oregon Trucking Associations hired Michael G. Moises as president and elected Mike Card as chairman of the board, filling two vacant spots at the organization.

Moises takes over for Michael Meredith, who left to become vice president of state relations for American Trucking Associations.

Card fills the void left when Kenneth Booze, owner of Eastern Oregon Fast Freight, was killed in a plane crash in January.

An interim president and chairman had been filling in until replacements could be named.
