Paradigm Acquires Cam Trucking and Well Services

Paradigm Oil and Gas Inc. said it has acquired Ada, Okla.-based Cam Trucking and Well Services. Terms were not disclosed.

Paradigm, based in Eustace, Texas, said half of the purchased fleet will be prepped for the road and head to Texas for long-term contracts expected to generate “over six figures per month in revenue.”

The other half of the fleet will work with local producers in Oklahoma.

“On the first day of the operation, we have received our first contract and check. I am thrilled to get the oil rigs out in the field and the trucks out working again to help keep the revenue streams growing,” Anthony Feezel, president of the subsidiary, said in a statement.

The name Cam Trucking and Well Services will be changed to Paradigm Trucking and Well Services.
