Prophesy Dispatch Works With PC Miler Version 25

PC Miler, which offers routing, mileage and mapping, now allows users to specify a route’s departure or arrival date and time to calculate arrival or departure times, ALK said.

Prophesy, a Bloomfield, Conn., provider of trucking and logistics software, said Dispatch users can interface with PC Miler to calculate mileage and generate routes. Dispatch can also be used for rating and reporting purposes, Prophesy said.

ALK Technologies, Princeton, N.J., also produces software for trucking and logistics.

Accellos Inc., a Colorado Springs, Colo., warehousing and logistics management software maker, acquired Prophesy for an undisclosed sum in October 2008.
