Quality Companies, Gauge Telematics to Offer ELD

Quality Companies expanded its range of fleet solutions by adding fleet management products and services from Gauge Telematics that will include, soon, an electronic logging device, it said.

Both companies are based in Indianapolis.

Gauge’s products include vehicle-based telematics and a SaaS-based asset management platform, the company said, and enable fleet operators to organize, track and maintain assets of all types in a secure, central location called Smart Hub.

“We’re excited to partner with Gauge and bring to market an innovative ELD solution at a time when compliance and fleet efficiency are top priorities of any Class 8 operation,” Danny Williams, president of Quality Companies, said in a release.

The soon-to-be-announced ELD will be affordable, dependable and easy-to-use, he said.

Quality Companies provides fleet and owner-operator leasing, truck and trailer sales, maintenance and business services.
