Third-party logistics company Radiant Logistics’ fiscal third-quarter net income rose from a year ago.
Profits rose to $1.1 million, or 3 cents a share, from $900,000, or 3 cents a share, a year ago.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $86 million from $72.8 million, Radiant said.
“We also continue to make good progress in our network expansion, and in March of this year opened new operations in Philadelphia and completed a transaction with Phoenix Cartage and Airfreight, LLC. Prior to the acquisition, PCA operated as part of a competing national transportation group but saw value in transitioning to the Radiant network,” Radiant CEO Bohn Crain, Radiant said in a statement.
The Bellevue, Washington-based company said it expects fourth-quarter earnings to be in the range of $1.4 million to $1.7 million on revenue between $88.1 million to $92.8 million.
