Roadrunner Transportation Systems said it is expanding service in the Great Plains and the Northeast with the opening of service centers in Kansas City, Mo., and Buffalo, N.Y.
The Kansas City location opened June 10 and expands Roadrunner’s service area to Kansas, Nebraska and western Missouri. The Buffalo location is set to open June 17 and will provide coverage to the greater Upstate New York region, the carrier said.
“We are excited about the success other recently added facilities are having and are looking forward to similar success in the Kansas, Nebraska and Upstate New York markets,” Scott Dobak, Roadrunner’s president of less-than-truckload, said in a statement.
Roadrunner is ranked No. 32 on the Transport Topics Top 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
