Schneider Responds to Industry Demand With New Phoenix Facility
A new Schneider facility opened June 22 in Phoenix. A truckload, intermodal and logistics provider, Schneider’s investment indicates its response to “industry demand by significantly investing in this growing region,” according to a press release.
The Phoenix facility will accommodate Schneider’s van truckload, teams, intermodal and specialty dedicated offerings and bring new driving opportunities to the area.
The new Arizona outpost means more local transportation resources and operational infrastructure for area shippers in this area, according to Schneider. Also, it offers closer proximity to current customers and a more direct route to western markets, according to Schneider.
Boasting asphalt parking for more than 180 trailers plus personal vehicle parking, the new facility will also tout eight service pays, secured parking and shower and break rooms, among other amenities.
