Stemco, Webb Introduce Trifecta Pre-Adjusted Hub Assembly
ATLANTA — Truck component supplier Stemco introduced its Trifecta pre-adjusted hub assembly, developed in partnership with Webb Wheel Products.

Stemco President Todd Anderson introduced the product March 4 at the Technology & Maintenance Council’s annual meeting here.
Anderson said Trifecta was designed to combine “safety, performance and confidence” and touted the product’s easy installation and resistance to contamination.
The Trifecta assembly features the Discover XR wheel seal with GlideLock technology, enabling the seal to glide on and self-lock without the need for pre-lube. The technology reduces installation force by 50%, Stemco said.
The Trifecta assembly also features Stemco’s Zip-Torq unitized axle spindle nut, which has a self-ratcheting locking feature and no clips or set screws to install, increasing safety and simplicity.
Installation of the hub assembly requires no bearing adjustment, the company said.
Trifecta comes with a five-year, 500,000-mile warranty for on-highway applications and a three-year, 350,000-mile warranty for vocational use.
Stemco is accepting pre-orders now for availability in the second quarter, Anderson said.
