Stevens Group Names Lindsey Stevens Eggers President

Stevens Group Inc. named Lindsay Stevens Eggers president and chief operating officer of the moving and storage company.

A 13-year veteran of the company, most recently she served as secretary for the company’s board.

“I am energized and honored to take on this role as the first female president and chief operating officer of our family business,” Stevens Eggers said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.”

She succeeds Joe Biskner, who has held the posts since 2007, and will continue as executive vice president of Stevens, as well as a member of the board, the Saginaw, Michigan-based company said.

Stevens Group is the parent company of Stevens Worldwide Van Lines, Stevens International, Stevens Records Management and Focused Logistics.
