Synergy Freight Solutions Merges With Knichel Logistics

Synergy Freight Solutions merged with Knichel Logistics Inc. to become Knichel Logistics–Detroit Branch, the companies announced April 25.
Knichel Logistics is a woman-owned and operated nonasset-based third-party logistics provider located near Pittsburgh.
Synergy provides truckload, less-than-truckload and expedited logistics services. Its owner, Natasha Erickson, will stay on to lead the branch and will also be joining the Knichel leadership team as executive vice president of business development.

The announcement noted that the decision to merge was made to establish a mutually beneficial relationship that will provide additional resources and services to customers while combining logistics expertise.
