TMW Software Powers Michelin Fleet Maintenance Network

TMW Systems said it worked with Michelin to provide the software for the tire company’s new fleet maintenance service, the Truck Care Network.

The service notifies fleets about a specific vehicle or view full-fleet service from data stored remotely.

TMW integrated cloud-based TMT Service Center fleet maintenance software and elements of TMW Business Intelligence technology with the program.

“We focused on extending that reputation for quality as we integrated our fleet maintenance management and business intelligence technologies with the Michelin Truck Care network. The combination sets a new standard for fleet maintenance service and customer value-add that is unmatched in the industry,” Mike August, TMW senior vice president, said in a statement.

For fleets with their own maintenance software, repair data can be transferred to their systems from Michelin’s automatically, eliminating data re-entry, according to TMW.
