Trailer Bridge Posts $1.1 Million 4Q Loss

Trailer Bridge Inc. said late Wednesday it took a loss in both the fourth quarter of 2008 and the year as a whole.

The company's quarterly loss expanded to about $1.12 million, or 9 cents a share, from $69,234 million, or 1 cent a share, a year ago.

Revenue rose 5.7% to $33.3 million, the company said in a statement.

For the full year 2008, the company reported a loss of $3.24 million, or 27 cents a share, from a $250,610 loss, or 2 cents a share, the year before.



Trailer Bridge provides integrated trucking, intermodal and marine freight services, including its core twice-weekly service to Puerto Rico.
