Trailer Orders Rise 3.5% in September
September trailer orders rose 3.5% from a year ago to 17,459, marking the strongest monthly total since April, ACT Research reported.
Last month’s net order activity also climbed 9.4% from August’s revised total of 15,961, ACT said.
Through nine months, U.S. manufacturers have received 151,981 new orders this year, down 5% compared with the first nine months of 2012.
