Trucker Path said its new Truckloads mobile application, which provides a freight marketplace for trucking, has reached 100,000 downloads.
Truckloads was released publicly in April. Prior to that release, its beta version was downloaded 25,000 times.
Freight companies can use Truckloads to access available trucking capacity across North America, while carriers can use the app to find and book loads.
Trucker Path said more than 400 freight brokers post 1.2 million loads per month on Truckloads to the owner-operators who use the app to search for loads and post their availability.
The company said Truckloads helps move 5% to 10% of the freight in North America during seasonal highs.
Trucker Path, based in Mountain View, California, also offers a trip planning and crowdsourcing app called Trucker Path Pro.
