HDA Truck Pride announced March 25 that two of its New York distributors, A&A Brake Service Co. and All Systems Brake, are merging.
AA Systems Truck and Bus will have more than 125 years of combined experience. A&A Brake President Jerry Abatemarco, All Systems Brake President Tony Caiazza and All Systems Brake Vice President Joe Gallina are leaving the new business to their sons Gerald Abatemarco, Richie Caiazza and John Gallina.
“HDA Truck Pride is excited to see the hard work of succession planning come to fruition,” HDA Truck Pride Community CEO Tina Hubbard said. “Jerry Abatemarco, Tony Caiazza and Joe Gallina are ready to let the next generation take the reins and expand their legacy. Their blood, sweat and tears have paved the way.”
HDA Truck Pride said the merger will help drive value for customers and push the team to expand into new products and new markets. The hope is that the combined power of the new business will allow for focused attention on current customers, expanding the customer base and enhancing operations.
“Our entire focus is customer service. You can count on AA Systems Truck and Bus. We also have a million ideas for how to change things up to drive efficiencies. Technology is one of the things we’ll use in our favor,” Richie Caiazza said.
HDA Truck Pride is an independent provider of parts and services to the commercial vehicle aftermarket. The company has over 750 distribution locations and over 400 service facilities. It offers training, product support and marketing programs all focused on growing the business of its members, fleet customers and service experts. — Transport Topics
