Two Matlack Systems Execs Resign

Matlack Systems of Wilmington, Del., announced the resignation of two of its top executives and the appointment of a new president and chief executive officer.

Gerard J. Trippitelli resigned as president and Eugene C. Bonacci as senior vice president on Thursday.

Chairman John W. Rollins assumed the responsibility of chief executive officer and Michael B. Kinnard, formerly vice president and general counsel, was named president.

Klaus M. Belohoubek, formerly assistant general counsel, was promoted to senior vice president and general counsel of Matlack Systems, a transportation and logistics company.



He was also named vice president and general counsel of Rollins Truck Leasing Corp., replacing Kinnard who resigned to become president of Matlack Systems.

A spokeswoman for Matlack declined to elaborate on the announcement.
