US1 Reports Lower 4Q, Full-Year Earnings

Logistics firm US 1 Industries said its fourth-quarter net income was $600,000, or 5 cents a share, down from $1.4 million, or 11 cents, a year ago.

Operating revenue fell 8.4% to $44.5 million, the company said Tuesday. Operating income declined to $1.3 million, $2.2 million.

For the full year, the company earned $2.9 million, or 23 cents per share, down from $3.1 million, or 25 cents, the previous year.

Full-year operating revenue fell 3.3% to $184.6 million.

US 1 provides financial resources, insurance and information technology to the trucking and logistics industries.
