USA Truck Inc. announced that Executive Vice President Michael Borrows resigned from the trucking and logistics company on May 19 as changes continue in its executive ranks.

The statement from the Van Buren, Arkansas, company, which ranks No. 50 on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers, didn’t give additional details or immediately respond to a request for comment from TT.

Borrows joined USA Truck as chief financial officer in September 2014. Randy Rogers was named CEO of the company in January, replacing Thomas Glaser, who became vice chairman. Also this year, USA Truck has hired James Craig as the new president of its brokerage business and rebranded that unit as USAT Logistics.

“We would like to thank Michael for his service to the company,” Rogers said in a statement, noting that the board will begin a search process for a successor. “We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
