American Trucking Associations Chief Economist Bob Costello discussed how the industry has weathered the COVID-19 pandemic to kick off a new video interview series from Transport Topics on July 9 called Newsmakers.

The inaugural episode, “Understanding Trucking’s Economic Landscape,” is available for replay by filling out this form.

Costello discussed what’s on the horizon for carriers with Newsmakers host and Transport Topics Associate News Editor Dan Ronan.

The top issues facing trucking today will be the focus of the Newsmakers series, featuring one-on-one conversations with industry leaders across the regulatory, business and economic landscapes.
