Western Truckers Talk Research, ATA

Members of the Western Highway Institute will set the group’s research agenda at its annual meeting in San Francisco from Dec. 5 to 7.

Also on the table is the 52-year-old group’s relationship with American Trucking Associations, which WHI affiliated with in 1993.

“We will be defining plans on how to strengthen our relationship with ATA and developing a work plan responsive to the needs of our members,” said Sharon D. Nichols, WHI’s executive director and an ATA vice president.
