Whiting Systems Inc. announced a new cordless disinfectant mister.
The ViroBlaster weighs 3.4 pounds and is intended to allow customers to disinfect without having to start up a large misting system.
The mister’s fully charged 20-volt battery provides 30 minutes of constant running time, according to the Alexander, Ark.-based company.
With Whiting’s Pure SDC cleaning solution, the mister can disinfect buses, trains, trucks and airplanes, mitigating against common colds, bacteria, viruses and fungi — including human coronavirus, norovirus, hepatitis B and C, listeria, E. coli and salmonella, the company noted in a release.
“With Whiting’s patented Pure SDC, there is no mixing or diluting, you just fill the half-gallon cup and go,” Whiting Senior Vice President Greg Jenkins said. — Transport Topics
