YRC Names Bruffett Finance Chief
Company Extends Credit Line to $1.1 Billion
Less-than-truckload carrier YRC Worldwide said Monday it named Stephen Bruffett its chief financial officer, replacing Don Barger, who is retiring, effective Sept. 1.
Bruffett, senior vice president of sales and marketing for YRC National Transportation, has been with the company since 1998.
Separately, the company said it boosted its revolving credit line to $1.1 billion from $850 million, of which $150 million is a term loan.
YRC Worldwide is ranked No. 4 on the 2007 Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
