One day after the New England Patriots beat the Los Angeles Rams in the Super Bowl, Boston-area fans had more to celebrate as they marked Truck Day, when fans turned out at Fenway Park to send off trucks to spring training that are carrying the gear and equipment for the World Champion Red Sox.
