Amazon.com’s yearlong search for a second headquarters is nearing an end, people with knowledge of the matter said. The U.S. average retail price of diesel dropped 1.7 cents to $3.338 a gallon as prices for West Texas Intermediate crude oil continued to sink despite concerns that global supplies could fall amid U.S.-imposed sanctions on Iran. It was the third consecutive weekly decline in the price of diesel.
