Swiss logistics firm Kuehne + Nagel said Monday that it will buy J. Martens Holding AS, a Norwegian service provider to the oil and gas industry, Reuters reported.

Diesel fuel fell another 4.2 cents Monday, dropping to a four-year low national average price of $2.045, the Department of Energy said Monday.
