SpaceX has chosen to manufacture its planned big, new rocket in the Port of Los Angeles, Mayor Eric Garcetti announced April 16 in his annual state of the city speech.

Alliance Creative Group, a Chicago-based firm engaged in product development, packaging and printing, fulfillment and transportation services, said it will transfer its trucking clients and most of its drivers to Mark-It Express Logistics, a bigger and more established trucking company.

Mike Ducker will retire Aug. 15 as president and CEO of FedEx Freight after leading the group for four years, FedEx Corp. announced April 16. His successor will be named later.
